Zelda Rubinstein, most popular from her stint as psychic medium Tangina Barrons in Poltergeist and its subsequent sequels, has died at 76.

Rubinstein was hospitalized two months ago after suffering a mild heart attack, said her agent Eric Stevens said. “She had ongoing health issues and unfortunately they finally overtook her,” he said.
