24: The following took place between 1pm and 2pm

I’ll start by saying that pictures of Carly Pope as Samantha Roth – hard to find! I give up! I found one, but WordPress wouldn’t load it. DAMN THE MAN!

Why was I looking for a Samantha Roth picture? Because she is, as we like to say, D.E.D. Dead (Ok, that’s not going to make sense to anyone but us, guys!). The bad guys’ plan worked – sort of… As Bad Guy #1 brought Samantha back to her apartment, Bad Guy #2 was there waiting for her. Roth was stabbed in the back and fell dead on the floor in front of Henry Taylor, who couldn’t move because he was all drugged up and such. Taylor manages to escape, however, by tackling Bad Guy #2 over the banister killing him. Taylor isn’t out of the clear yet, but I think its safe to say he’ll probably live.

Bill and Chloe track the site where Walker was buried alive. They save her, give her a shot of happy juice and she springs to the occasion and joins Team CTU. Good stuff. I dig Walker. Although she doesn’t fully trust them yet – she will. Soonish.

Another example of how fast this season is moving? Tony and Jack’s cover with Emerson is blown! Matobo and his wife then agree to make the trade so Jack and Tony can find Dubaku. (Anyone know if Emerson is dead? I couldn’t really tell). Some other things happen, but this episode was mostly filler. A partly filler episode + a tired blogger = a halfass recap. I apologize, but will be back full force next week (Did you see those explosive previews? Literally and figuratively….looks like a killer episode next time ’round!).

Things to think about: 1. Who agrees with me that Tony will eventually turn on Jack? If Tony dies by season’s end, I’m not sure I’m ready to suffer that loss….again!  2. Henry Taylor’s storyline is still so exciting for me!  I hope he makes it! I’m sure he will. 3. President Taylor is a badass mama herself…not complying with the terrorists demands only means more turbulence for the next chapter of the season. Strap in kids, it’s gonna be a bumpy one!

I’ll try not to suck as much next week.
