The third Golden Girl went down this morning as Rue McClanahan passed away after having a major stroke around 1 a.m.
McClanahan had a long and healthy career. The stuff that she’s done…I’m not too familiar with it. But the fact that she did them, I respect that. Let’s roll a clip of the best of Blanche Devereaux, shall we?

This is so,so sad-I grew up watching The Golden Girls,and I still think the reruns are funnier than most sitcoms on the air today.May she rest in peace-thanks for the tribute,Nick.
