Make These Now: Bacon-Wrapped Sriracha Onion Rings

onion rings Onion…good. Sriracha…goooood. Bacon…well, duh.

My good pal Erica posted this on my Facebook wall and said it was basically made for me. Um…yes, that is accurate. It is clearly a 9-1-1 NEED to know recipe here, you guys! So check this out, because this is what your weekend is going to look like:

You’ll need:
-Four sweet onions
-Sriracaha
-Bacon. Lots and lots of bacon.

-Start by cutting an onion in half, so you have perfect rings of onion scrumptiousness. Brush sriracha on the inside and outside of the rings. Good job – you’re doing great!

-Wrap those fuckers in bacon. Push a wooden skewer through one side of the onion ring (where the bacon ends) and on through the other side. Bake the rings at 400 for 40 minutes.

Optional: Sriracha mayo dipping sauce!
-Mix two tablespoons of sriracha with 2 tablespoons of mayo. Add in two teaspoons of lime juice and stir it up! Dip dem rings and ENJOY!

And check out this honey-soy sauce alternative version over at Kirbie’s Cravings!

I need these now.
