Creep On This: Stephen Colbert and Run the Jewels Perform ‘Halloween Wiggle’

Halloween Wiggle

When we think of holiday songs, Christmas usually takes the cake. That shit is entirely too joyous and happy for me though. STOP BEING SO MERRY. It’s suspicious. Like frog’s breath.

Lately though, Halloween tunes have been stepping up their game. 30 Rock gave us the miraculous “Werewolf Bar Mitzvah,” and of course, A Nightmare Before Christmas delivered countless goodies at our doorsteps (“Kidnap the Sandy Claws” has to be the best holiday song of all time! “Kidnap the Sandy Claws, Throw him in a box, Bury him for ninety years, Then see if he talks!” – THOSE LYRICS ARE GOLD, PEOPLE! Not even Korn could fuck that up)

But hey, Stephen Colbert is here to help Halloween secure Top Dawg status. His new song “The Halloween Wiggle” is good. It’s really good. Colbert teamed up with hip-hop duo Run the Jewels, but the pair of rappers quickly skew the song in the wrong direction…or the right one!
